How-To Post A Website Link To Your YouTube Subscribers

If you could post a link to all your YouTube subscribers that could send them to your latest blog post or product page or anywhere else that you thought might be of interest to them, would you want to know how to do it? Well, you’re in luck as we going to show you just that in this week’s Creator’s Tip. The great thing about this tip is that you can reach your YouTube audience without having to make a video to do it!

If you are creating and uploading content to YouTube the chances are that you have your own website too. If you are following best practice, then you’ll have set up an RSS feed for that site and your followers who subscribe to that feed will receive the latest blog posts or news items as they are published. But what if you have a growing YouTube subscriber base that may not follow you elsewhere on the internet? You could be missing a trick by not engaging with them in the same way. You can manually post links to your channel feed in the same way as you automatically post new video content, playlists etc. You just make a plain text post and include the URL of your choice. It will show up in your subscribers “all activity” feed.

How To Post A Plain Text Post To Your YouTube Feed

#1. Go to the home page of your channel and select ‘Feed’ from the home drop down menu.
