Food.  Fashion.  Parenting.  Stories.  These are the four things promised by YouTube’s new original channel, KinCommunity.  It’s backed by DECA, a digital media company that gears premium content towards women and is behind the YouTube parenting show Momversation.  KinCommunity comes shortly after ClevverTeVe launched its Spanish-language original channels, and this continues YouTube’s apparent commitment to launching content for demographics who are underrepresented on the site and elsewhere.

KinCommunity Offers Food And Fashion Now, Parenting And Stories Later

KinCommunity already has 17 videos posted from two of its shows, KinEats and KinStyle.  In the upcoming months we will get KinParents, “a humorous take on parenthood” and KinStory, which will be a reality series with a documentary style.  But hey, men can learn some stuff from this channel, too.  I know guys who like to cook, so this episode of KinEats talking about how to make Pulled Pork Sliders is definitely up everyone’s alley:

But hey, there’s enough content to make a whole smorgasbord: gourmet mac & cheese, holiday caramel corn, herb deviled eggs, mulled apple cider, olive-stuffed cheese puffs, peppermint cups, snickerdoodle cookies, chocolate macaroons, and an antipasto platter.

Now, the fashion is directed absolutely towards women.  I don’t think I’ll ever be able to use the information contained in “Postpartum Fashion,” or how to look stylish after having a baby:

KinCommunity has a nice channel page, nice and warm and inviting.  So, by my count, 2 YouTube original channels are in, and 98 or so more to go.
